When you do need specific and more detailed assistance with your Dynamics NAV system, we will provide prompt and effective support over the phone, via email, via remote web connection or onsite as appropriate. To extend our support offering further we have been developing two additional tools to bring us closer to our customers and support them even more effectively. The first tool will be a customer portal which will allow you to log, update and progress support calls. This will show more visibility into the support call process and allow you to manage support queries directly and in less time. This tool is currently under development and will be released early in 2012.
The second tool we are developing is the Dynamics Consultants "Knowledge Champions" knowledgebase blog. As we have a high level of skill and expertise within our organisation,
we decided we could use this integral knowledge to the benefit of our customers. We will be creating a blog containing a database of tutorials and white papers outlining best practice methods for various sections of NAV. These will range from simple direct tasks such as generating an email mailshot or how to use date fields to more detailed tasks such as POP
or customising the role tailored client. The tutorials will be delivered in various mediums using traditional document presentation and more contemporary multimedia approaches such as video and social media interactions.
